WARRANTY

Gaudio offers a three (3) year limited warranty for purchases within Europe and Switzerland, which covers defects in manufacturing, assembly and/or materials on your earphones, which starts from the original purchase date.

The warranty is limited to one (1) year for purchases outside Europe and Switzerland.

The warranty is liable within the warranty validity period.

A proof of purchase will be asked in any case, such a copy of the original receipt, plus the included warranty card.

The package strictly needs to be accompanied by the wording “RETURN UNDER WARRANTY, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”.

Any import tax or duties due for an incorrect invoicing and billed to Gaudio will be charged to the customer.

Gaudio will either replace or repair the earphones within warranty at its own discretion.

Cables are subject to DOA (dead-on-arrival) warranty and a consequent 1-months limited warranty.

The accessories are not covered by any warranty (ear tips, cleaning tool, carrying case, etc).

The warranty does not cover damages or malfunction due to improper storage, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, ear wax and/or sweat, moisture build-ups, excessive volume or short circuits, shock, unauthorized product modification, cosmetic normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product for both earphones and cables.

Any attempt of tampering, disassembling or modification of the parts composing the earphones or the earphones themselves will void the warranty.

The warranty doesn’t cover malfunctions due to bent or broken pins in the earphones socket(s) or cables connector(s).

– Discontinued products Policy –

Over time, GaudioLabs Sagl and its suppliers may discontinue products and services due to obsolescence or other component-related issues. 

To keep our customers informed about end-of-life processes, GaudioLabs Sagl will provide reasonable advance notice regarding the availability status and support end date for each product on our dedicated website page.

For products identified as obsolete or discontinued, as noted on our dedicated page, no warranty will be provided unless the purchase is made directly from GaudioLabs Sagl through our official website.

For hardware products with limited availability, orders will be accepted and fulfilled on a “while supplies last” basis. 

The “end of support” date indicates when a product will no longer receive support.

All dates provided are estimates and may be subject to change. 

Support for a product may be limited (even before the stated end-of-support date) due to factors beyond GaudioLabs Sagl’s control (such as the unavailability of spare parts) or other force majeure events (such as the cessation of activity by a supplier/manufacturer).

GaudioLabs Sagl reserves the right to amend its end-of-life policy at any time, with updates posted in the relevant section of our website.

Any parts or products replaced under warranty will then become the property of Gaudio.

To ensure proper operation for years of use please carefully follow our advice on handling and storage.
