We invest a significant amount of time and numerous internal resources in experimenting with new materials and acoustic solutions, validating them through extremely scrupulous tests before introducing them to the market within our creations.

Our creations are also characterized by exceptionally refined design. We believe that shape and materials must always follow function, providing an incredibly comfortable listening experience that guarantees hours of pure musical pleasure—thanks to objects of the highest quality, designed to last over time.

The overall result is a wealth of exclusive Gaudio proprietary technologies that make our earphones inimitable from both performance and solution standpoints.

The proprietary 3D CORE technology allows us to achieve an acoustic loading of the drivers that is 100% tubeless, meaning it is not based on moving parts—such as standard tubes—but instead on chambers that are tuned and specifically sized for the speakers used. To this end, we use a high-precision, 3D-printed solid material, which allows us accuracy and repeatability in the positioning of the drivers.

The result is a perfect reconstruction of the sound stage, where voices and instruments are firmly positioned, enabling truly high-definition listening.

The proprietary EARC technology utilizes an acoustic chamber dedicated to the reproduction of mid-range frequencies that is separate from the main acoustic path.

The resonances have been harmonized using cutting-edge simulation technology, allowing for extremely clear, natural, precise, and vivid reproduction of voices.

The proprietary COMFIT technology is the beating heart of Gaudio’s know-how and is based on a cyclopean research activity. 

We analyzed hundreds of scans and ear casts, which allowed us to study a highly ergonomic design. More precisely, we have taken the anatomical structure of the human ear into careful consideration to minimize interaction with the areas of the intertragus notch, the tragus, and the concha cymba, while simultaneously achieving a good coupling with the concha cavum area.

Thanks to these geometries, it is possible to rotate the body itself, orienting it in search of the best insertion. Whether it is for medium-large ears, small ears, or ears with particular canal shapes, it is always possible to find an optimal fit by carefully choosing the size of the supplied eartips. 

The resulting “anatomical” shapes and geometries are capable of comfortably adapting to most people.

Furthermore, our creations fit deeply into the ear canal and provide up to 25 dB of acoustic isolation, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit that offers hours of uninterrupted listening pleasure.

The proprietary DTE technology eliminates the need for damping — the traditional fabric fiber that is typically placed between the speaker and the ear canal — for managing high frequencies.

This solution allows us to preserve and transmit all the sound nuances produced by the driver to the ear, bringing them clearly and brightly to their destination for an extended and crystalline response.

The proprietary MBORE technology is based on the use of metal soundbores and allows us to drastically reduce vibrations and resonances that can introduce unwanted distortions.

The result is a timbral performance of great credibility and realism, thanks to the ability of these materials to preserve the harmonic content of the musical message intact.
