We offer fast-worldwide shipping at a very reasonable cost. In case you should not be able to locate your country in the check out, please contact us at support @ gaudiolabs.com and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

If the product is in stock, consider a couple of working days for order fulfilment after payment confirmation, then add 2 working days for deliveries in Switzerland and 2-6 working days for deliveries Worldwide with our efficient carriers.

Sure you can. After payment confirmation, an order fulfilment note will be sent to you via email. Here you will find the tracking number of your order.

Recent orders which haven’t been shipped can be cancelled or modified by contacting us as fast as possible at support @ gaudiolabs.com.

However, if the order has already shipped, we can’t do any modification to the status.

If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 14 days from delivery. Please visit our “RETURN POLICY” paragraph here for further details.

The carrier will leave a note of delivery attempt into your mailbox or attached to your door through which it will inform you about the next delivery or about the different options to reschedule the delivery.

We call a driver a speaker, and more specifically the type of micro-speaker called balanced armature driver. Micro-speakers can be made with different technologies: balanced armature driver, dynamic micro speaker, electrostatic speaker and piezo speakers are some examples, to name a few.

Having more speakers doesn’t automatically mean better performance. We worked solid hours to get the best out of each product we design. You can be confident that our 3 driver models can easily rival designs made of 4, 5 and 6 drivers from most of our competitors.
